Adoption Coordinator and Pet Finder
|

What is an adoption coordinator? Well... That's a great question! One of
my many passions in life is to help educate others on adopting vs buying
from pet stores or breeders Because it is my passion and mission in life, I
have reached out to inform the public on the advantages of adopting that
perfect companion from a non-profit organization, rescue or local shelter.
I have helped many people that did not know where to start or how to go
about finding the pet they desired. Since there is almost anything out
there that one can adopt (domesticated), I help research and provide
helpful information for each client to find that perfect companion. I have
been told by people I've helped, that I should add this as a service to my
business because I am good at it.
I enjoy this and love educating people on the benefits and advantages of
adopting vs buying. I am doing this because I am passionate and believe
with such conviction that adoption is the best thing for people. I want to
show others that it can be the most rewarding experience and that there
are the same quality of animals in rescues and shelters that one would get
from a pet store or breeder. With a little TLC, my help and help from the
rescue, when you get your new companion he/she will be grateful that you
chose to adopt.
Please feel free to contact me about this service and how to get started.
The first client I helped was my parents. My father was looking for a chocolate
Labrador to add to his family. My father wanted to buy a lab from a breeder and I
stepped in to encourage him on other options. After talking with him for a while on
adopting vs buying from a breeder, he agreed to adopt. I told him that I would help
find that perfect companion that he wanted to add to his family. He gave me some
specifics and I started working on it. I found several different possibilities and many
that looked to be ideal for him. It happened that the perfect companion for him fell
into my lap. He now has his forever friend and that perfect companion has a forever
home. Colin 2 is a happy 6 week old puppy that will have a happy, healthy life. I feel
tremendous joy knowing that I helped save an animal's life that had a rough start.
Now he will grow up to know love and have a loyal companion to spend the rest of
his years.
After helping them find their Colin #2, they encouraged me to help educate more
people on getting their pet from an organization vs a breeder. I have made it my
life's mission to help others see the joy out of getting an animal that is in need of a
home vs buying from a local pet store or breeder.
