Requirements for Service: include up to date vaccinations for each animal,
paperwork on each animal, veterinarian release forms, and a pet sitting
agreement with owner's contact information.  In addition to the above, a key will
be given to the pet sitter to keep on hand for any additional pet sitting
assignments or emergencies in the future.  If you want your key back after each
visit, a $5 charge will be added.  I advise clients to either have a second key
made that cost less than $2 per key or I can have a key made for $5.  The reason
I charge for returning a key is because of the time and gas for returning a key.

I work with each individual client to help with services that are best suited for
each family.  Since I am the main pet sitter with help from my fiancée from time
to time, my availability is limited... But I will work with each client and make
myself available to them when needed.  New clients will be expected to have a
consultation prior in to starting services. If it is a last minute need, I will do my
best to accommodate, however, be aware that I do charge a late booking fee. I
require at least a week notice for new clients and 72 hours for existing clients.
At the consultation , a pet sitting agreement will be given along with veterinarian
release forms and dog/cat information forms.  A key will need to be available at
that time for me to collect.

I work hard and do this for the animals; I work with each client to make a plan
that fits their lifestyle.  I will work with each individual on price depending on
amount of services, but I ask that you look over my rates before meeting with
me on a consultation.  My rates may change a $1 here and there but for the most
part will be what I have listed on my Services page.  Please make sure that you
are aware of prices and my requirements before setting up a consultation.
Since my consultations are free unlike some pet sitting businesses, I want to
make sure that each client is aware of my services and rates before the
consultation.  I understand that some people are limited on money and the
amount they can spend.  I am willing to help point you in another direction but
would rather do this before the consultation begins. I will also work with you on
price if services are more frequent or if there are multiple services at one time.  I
am the main pet sitter and want to make sure that each consultation is the start
of a new partnership in providing the best care possible for your pets.

I will not do a consultation unless the client knows my rates and has spoken
with me via phone. I will communicate via email but I find that sometimes
misunderstandings can occur and I want to make sure that you are set up to
succeed.  I want  everyone on the same page and  to understand what pet
sitting is and how it works.

There are many advantages to pet sitting vs boarding or kenneling.  It can be a
little more in price and sometimes it can even be cheaper than boarding.  The
rewards and benefits that each animal receives from an individual pet sitter in
the comfort of their own home can be priceless.  I find that most animals do well
in their own home especially if it is for an extended period of time.

I do not do EOD (every other day) visits.  I feel that animals should be tended to
at least once a day if not a few times a day.  Especially with the Summer months,
animals need to be let out on a frequent basis but not outside for extended
periods of time because of the heat.  I understand that many people have cats
and feel that they are self-sufficient but I feel that they should get at least one
visit a day.

I ask that each client either, Text me at 214-923-1982 or call me at 214-923-1982
to let me know that they have returned safely. If I do not answer, please leave a
message and it will be checked within 24 hours.  If I have not heard from a client,
I will continue to check on the animals until I receive word that the client has
returned.  If you do not want this, I will need to know ahead of time before
services start.
Payment should be received at the start of any pet sitting service
and should be paid in full.
I only accept check, money-order, or cash. Since I am
small and prefer that, I do not accept credit card payments at this time.  I prefer
to have myself involved with each client and to be involved with each pet.   I
have a $35.00 return check fee if any check bounces.
